Missouri Ozarks Community Health

In September, 2003 Douglas County Public Health Services Group moved into their new 15000 square-foot facility. GOIN engineered, implemented and configured a world-class data and telecommunications network at their new facility. The new location is equipped with business class computers and workgroup printers operating on a Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory Domain. Each computer is custom built to the user’s specifications. The telecommunications system is an Ethernet based Voice-over-IP (VOIP). The implementation of this system simplified the internal wiring as well as saves DCPHSG on their long distance bills. GOIN also provides managed firewall services and managed Virtual Private Network services to facilitate the connection of remote offices to the main facility. This will further create cost savings by minimizing the need to duplicate network systems at each new facility. This project was managed by GOIN from the pre-wiring of the building to the employee training on the use of the network and telecommunication systems.

Sequel

In September 2002 GOIN installed a dedicated fiber drop at Sequel Engines in Willow Spring, Missouri. Sequel is a large engine manufacturer with 150+ employees. They have three plants nationwide, Phoenix, Arizona, Richmond, Virginia and Willow Springs, Missouri. GOIN provides Sequel with a direct connection that they use to communicate with their Phoenix office. GOIN also provides web site hosting and e-mail services to Sequel. Sequel Engines IT Coordinator, Mike Paul shares:

"We needed a link to do telnet sessions between our Willow Springs and Phoenix plants. Our accounting server is located in Phoenix so we need a good reliable fast connection between the two plants. GOIN has been a wonderful help for us on achieving this. They have also been a wonderful help on hosting our web sight and email and since GOIN has been hosting our email we have not gotten a single virus here. Before GOIN we usually got 2 to 3 viruses per month. GOIN has also been wonderful to work with us on any problems we have encountered."

Super 8

GOIN managed the development of the Super 8 Network from the pre-wiring of the building to the employee training. The new Super 8 is equipped with business class computers custom built by GOIN as well as complementing printers. Our DSL services the entire complex. Each guest room and meeting room is DSL capable.
